Arts Council England are making £160 million of emergency funding and support available for those organisations and individuals who will need it during the Coronavirus crisis. It is their number one priority to protect the people and organisations that make up our arts, museums and libraries. Please visit https://www.artscouncil.org.uk/covid19 for full details of the support relevant to you.

Note: the second rounds of financial support for both artists, creative practitioners, freelancers and cultural sector organisations who are not National Portfolio Organisations is open for applications on 16 April 2020.  Applicants will need to register on Grantium by 27 April in order to make an application before the deadline of 30 April.

In addition, the Arts Council has made an Outdoor Arts Sector Support Fund of £500,000 available to OutdoorArtsUK, to support freelance and self-employed individuals working in the Outdoor Arts sector, including street arts, carnival, street dance, mela and the outdoor festival context within funded, non-funded and commercial festivals. This is for those individuals who do not fit the main ACE Emergency Funding categories or who do not qualify for government support. These applications are managed directly by OutdoorArtsUK and the deadline is 23 April.
