Moving from Gloucester to Birmingham in 2001, Zara has worked in the arts sector for over 14 years. She has worked for a number of Birmingham-based organisations such as Creative Alliance, Friction Arts, Punch Records, Aspire Youth  and The Drum Arts Centre. She has worked in a wide variety of roles such as Operations Co-ordinator, Youth Project Manager, Marketing Manager and Assistant Festival Producer with a particular passion for audience development and partnership projects.
